Booking our accommodation online on holidayrentalmoris.com constitutes full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale in their entirety. The buyer shall be deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. This contract shall be governed by the laws of Mauritius and in case of dispute, the competent Court shall be the relevant Mauritian Court dependant on value of the product purchased.
The prices communicated on our website are per rental night. They include all the loads inherent in the house: water, electricity, gas, pool products, garden maintenance. The public prices indicated on our website are subject to change, due to computer errors or cyclical increase. However, any confirmation of the reservation request made by Holiday Rental Moris is firm and final: the amount of the rental agreement cannot be modified.
Our prices include (unless otherwise stated) fees and taxes except tourist tax, water and electricity consumption.
Our prices do not include (unless otherwise stated) consumption and telephone subscription (if applicable), as well as.

Holiday Rental Moris offers 2 payment options:
- Paypal that supports secure payments over the Internet. All processing of the financial transaction is done on the servers of "Paypal" and does not therefore transit through the website holidayrentalmoris.com. This ensures the Buyer complete security. Holiday Rental Moris cannot know or store at any time the bank card numbers of potential Buyers;
- Stripe : advanced protection against fraud and an optimal mobile payment experience;
The duration of the rental periods is 2 days minimum. Check-in: between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Check-out: before 11:00 am.
If you exceed the number of persons expected in your rental, on arrival or during your stay, you do so at the risk of being denied access or of being subjected to a price increase rightly claimed by the owner.
A security deposit will be systematically requested by the person in charge of the reception.
This deposit must be given to the owner upon arrival. He may refuse you entry to the premises, if you do not give him the deposit. It will be refunded in full, net of any damages.
We recommend that you be vigilant about the state of the art.
Any cancellation must be made at least 15 days before the arrival date.
Prerequisite: According to the regulations, the reservation of a villa or vacation apartment, made online, for fixed dates, that you make freely, on your own initiative on our site is firm and commits you definitively. You do not have the right of withdrawal, and that person is the reason for that. As a result and subsequently if you wish to cancel your rental agreement, the cancellation penalties will be as follows:
- You cancel more than 15 days before you enter the premises: no cancellation fee. 100% of the amount of your rental will be refunded.
- Between 15 days and the date of entry: 100% cancellation fee. The amount of your rental will not be refunded.
